Hi I'm Marja Chow! 

I have been a Holistic Nutritionist for 10+ years! I have helped hundreds of women improve their relationship with food, get their energy back and have their metabolism working for them and not against them!

As a past chronic dieter, I struggled with finding the right style of eating that would work for my body.

I would follow cookie cutter programs, that didn't take into consideration, the feminine cycle and how women's hormones fluctuate greatly throughout the month.

I thought eating less and exercising more was the only way to reach my goals (so wrong).

I thought I was doing all the "right things" to lose weight,  and feel confident in my clothes, when I was actually doing more harm by jumping from fad diet to fad diet. 

Quick fixes may provide results, but those results rarely last and do more destruction on your metabolism in the long run.
